A Claude skill that finds, scores and remembers prospects every day, so your pipeline doesn't dry up by month three.

Why most customer-finding tools stop working

Most "find your first customers" tools do one thing well: they give you a list. Ten names, maybe twenty, pulled from a single search on a single day. That's a good start, and it stops being useful fast. The list never refreshes, never remembers who you've already seen, and never finds out which of those names actually bought.

Demand Radar is built on the opposite idea. Instead of a report you run once, it's a system that keeps searching, keeps a record of everything it finds, and gets sharper the more you use it.

What's inside the download

A ready-to-install skill for Claude, packaged as a single folder called demand-radar. Here's what you get:

  • SKILL.md: the playbook. Tells Claude, step by step, how to build your product brief, map segments, find and score prospects, store them, and run the whole thing as a daily radar.

  • scripts/db.py: the memory. A local database that holds every segment and prospect, blocks duplicates, tracks each prospect's stage and exports your daily queue.

  • scripts/scoring.py: the scoring engine. Scores every prospect on five dimensions and, once you have enough real outcomes, re-weights itself based on what actually converts for your product.

  • references/sources.md: the search map. Five types of demand signal crossed against the channels where your buyers actually talk.

  • references/funnel.md: the pipeline. The seven stages every prospect moves through, and who is allowed to move them.

  • references/compliance.md: the guardrails. Eight hard rules that keep prospecting from turning into spam.

  • references/icp-discovery.md: the expansion logic. When to add a new customer segment, pause one or retire it.

What makes it different

  • Many segments, not one ICP. It maps every segment with real, cited demand, not just the first one it finds.

  • A radar, not a report. It runs on a schedule and only shows you prospects that are new since the last run.

  • It learns from your results. Won and lost deals feed back into how it scores the next prospect.

  • It never sends anything. It automates the finding, the scoring and the remembering. Outreach stays in your hands.

Who it's for

Founders who have landed, or are chasing, their first customers and need a steady flow of qualified prospects instead of a one-time spreadsheet. It works best if you already use Claude with skills and are comfortable running a few terminal commands.
